1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BloGoose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BloGoose is an AI-powered SEO content generation platform that helps users research, write, optimize, and publish blog content. AI access is included with the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

AI access is included with your BloGoose account. You do not need to supply your own model API key. Blog API credentials you add to connect your own website stay in your account and are used only to publish to that site.

5. Content Ownership

Content generated through BloGoose is owned by you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review for accuracy, compliance, and originality before publication. BloGoose does not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or legal compliance of any generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or hateful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
  • Exceed usage limits of your plan through circumvention

7. Plans and Billing

BloGoose offers Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. Every plan starts with a 1-day trial of 3 articles after a card is added. You are not charged during the trial day. The trial is not a permanent free plan. Plan features and pricing are shown on the pricing page and can change with reasonable notice.

Paid plans include a monthly article allowance. Unused included articles roll into the next billing period only, and only up to half of that plan's allowance. Articles past the included amount are billed at the overage rate shown on the pricing page. Annual plans are billed up front and are labeled "Save 2 months." Enterprise volume is custom.

8. Limitation of Liability

BloGoose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or revenue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
